Terms, Conditions and General Information

Confirmation and Deposit Policy for Tour Packages : Generally, reservations will be made upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $100 per person. Deposit will be applied toward the final payment.

Generally, Booking within 45 days of departure is subject to immediate payment following confirmation.

Final Payment for Tour Packages: Final payment is due 45 days prior to date of departure. Booking within 45 days of departure is subject to immediate payment following confirmation.

Cancellation Policy for Tour Package:

Cancellations: If cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to departure - Deposit will be retained. Cancel 31-44 days prior to departure – pay penalty equal to 50% of package price. Cancel 30 days or less prior to departure - penalty equal to 100% of package price.

If final payment is not received 45 days prior to departure, the Operator has the right to cancel your reservation and retain applicable penalties.

Refunds : Any claims for refunds must be made IN WRITING within 30 days of scheduled return. All negotiable vouchers and/or air tickets must

accompany the claim. Valle Travel Service, Inc. will not refund any money for changes in travel arrangements made by the traveler after departure

date. Any service issue affecting the quality of the hotel stay must be addressed directly with the hotel's management at the time the issue arises. Refunds cannot be given for such inconveniences.

Cancellation Policy for Air Tickets:

Generally, air tickets, once issued, are not refundable and cannot be changed without penalty. If accepted by the air carrier, a change

fee of $150.00 will a apply.

Not included:

Airport departure or entry taxes. Expenses such as laundry, alcoholic beverages, excess baggage charges, baggage insurance, travel insurance*, meals (except as indicated in itineraries) or items of personal nature. Tips and gratuities of any kind.

Documentation:

All travel documents are the responsibility of the passenger.

Passengers traveling outside the United States are required to carry proof of citizenship.

All US citizens must have:

A valid U.S. passport with more than 6 months remaining before expiration.

Note: A single parent traveling with minor children or minor children traveling alone must have additional documentation on all international flights. A parent traveling with minors (under 18) or a minor traveling alone must carry notarized permission from both parents including non-traveling parent(s), or notarized copy of deceased parent's death certificate, or “sole custody” or “Father Unknown” documents. Notarized affidavits of citizenship are not acceptable for most carriers and may not be used.

Non-U.S. citizens, including permanent resident card (green card) holders, must check with the consulate of their intended destination, U.S. authorities and the air carrier(s) to obtain information on required documentation for entry to the destination and re-entry to the U.S. All documents must be current and non-expired. The above information regarding documentation is subject to change. It is the participant's responsibility to obtain current requirements needed for your carrier and destination. Passengers denied boarding, entry or re-entry due to lack of proper documentation will not be entitled to a refund. These guidelines are for most destinations in Central American Countries and Mexico . Always carry a valid passport.

Agent's Responsibility:

Valle Travel Service, Inc. 1301 20th Street, N.W. Suite 107, Washington, D.C. 20036, acts only as agent for the passenger in regards to travel, whether by air, rail, automobile, bus, van, plane, boat, or any other conveyance, and assumes not liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, which may be caused due to defect in any vehicle, acts of God, war, riots, or for any company or person involved in conveying the passenger or in carrying out arrangements of the tour. They cannot accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes such as strikes. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.

The right is reserved to make minor adjustments in the itinerary. The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case a full refund will constitute a full settlement of all liability. Valle Travel is not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage before, during or after the tour program. The right is reserved to decline, to accept, or retain any passenger as a member of the tour program. The issuance of vouchers or tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. The airline concerned is not to be held liable for any act, omission, or event during the time passenger is not on board their craft. The services of any IATAN or ARC carrier may be used in conjunction with these tours.

The passenger's tickets when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser and/or passenger. All rates published on this site and/or brochure are based on exchange rates and tariffs and are subject to change without notice. All hotel descriptions reflect the most updated information provided by the property at time of writing. Valle Travel cannot be held responsible for the condition of accommodations. Availability may vary by season. Valle Travel is not responsible for any charges incurred by the traveler in utilizing amenities/services/facilities during the time of the stay. All taxes, gratuities and porter charges are subject to deletions, additions or changes without notice. Such items are not covered by Valle Travel, since changes in Government regulations and labor agreements cannot always be anticipated. Valle Travel is not responsible for any changes initiated by the passenger after departure.
